We are excited that you are interested in joining Community First National Bank! We look forward to learning more about your background, experience and interests.

After You Apply
You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received by our HR Manager. We will review your application and get in touch with you to schedule an interview if your background meets our hiring needs. If we don't have any current openings we will make sure to let you know that we keep applications & resumes on file for 3 months. After that time you will need to re-apply for further consideration.
Since our employees are the key to our success, we tend to take our time in the review phases so we appreciate your patience throughout this process!
If we decide to proceed with an in person interview we will schedule a time for you to come and meet with several team members.
The final stage in our selection process is a background check that includes past employment verification, a credit check, and a criminal history check.
