Mortgage Loan Officer
The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells CFNB mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. MLO's continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. A MLO's network may consist of real estate professionals, builders, professional and personal contacts, as well as other valuable referral sources, and is enhanced by the mortgage loan officer's regular participation in business related development opportunities & community efforts.
The MLO responds to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from both their own contacts and from other CFNB business channels. The MLO conducts interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information. The MLO ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhering to HMDA requirements.
Imaging/Paid Note Clerk
The Imaging/Paid Note Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all documents are scanned with maximum quality, accuracy, and speed according to job priority and specifications. This position will be responsible for the processing of consumer paid notes.
Loan Operations Manager
This person will be responsible performing and overseeing the full range of loan operations duties including the development and implementation of related processes and procedures. This role requires forward thinking, teamwork and initiative. The leader we are seeking must be an effective communicator and be able to establish and grow positive working relationships across the organization. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and understand governmental regulations are vital to success in this position. Candidates should have two or more years of relevant loan operations and/or management experience.
Bank tellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing. Applicants should have a friendly personality and be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Previous teller experience is preferred.
