Financial Services Representative (Manhattan, KS)
FSRs serve as the Bank's primary front-line customer service representatives and are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and impression for our customers. Key job functions include account and service origination and maintenance as well as responding to customer inquiries by telephone and in person. Applicants should have a friendly disposition and be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Two or more years of previous banking experience is preferred.
Director of Mortgage Operations (Kansas City, MO)
Oversees the operational functions of the CFNB Mortgage Division. Areas of responsibility may include quality assurance, training, policies & procedures as well as special projects and research requests relating to any and all forms of audits, both internal and external. Assists with the coordination of information and workflow within the division, other departments, and with external vendors. Plays a key role in helping to ensure the highest levels of compliance and customer satisfaction are achieved by the division. Organizational skills, attention to detail and exceptional communication are key.
